AurelianOS LLC ("AurelianOS," "we," "us," or "our") provides customer communication and reputation management software for contractors and local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our platform or receive messages sent through it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Phone numbers provided by contractors or captured when a customer calls a contractor using AurelianOS
• Service request details shared via SMS conversation (e.g. appointment times, job type)
• Review and rating responses submitted by customers after service completion
• Usage data from contractors using the AurelianOS dashboard (login activity, feature usage)

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are handled by third-party processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send SMS messages on behalf of contractors to customers who have opted in to receive them
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Request post-service feedback and reviews
• Operate and improve the AurelianOS platform

4. SMS Communications

AurelianOS sends SMS messages on behalf of contractors to their customers. The following terms apply to all SMS communications sent through our platform:

• Program description: SMS alerts related to your service request, including appointment scheduling, service updates, and post-service follow-up, sent on behalf of the contractor you contacted.
• Consent: You will only receive SMS messages after replying YES to an opt-in request. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: You may receive up to 6 messages per service engagement.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• For help: Reply HELP or email support@aurelianos.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers — with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the contractor on whose behalf we are sending messages (they can see your conversation history)
• With Twilio Inc., our SMS delivery provider, solely to deliver messages
• If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users

6. Data Retention

We retain SMS conversation records for up to 12 months to support service continuity and compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@aurelianos.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. We do not store full message content beyond the retention period described above.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
